I met Paul through the Northern Mentoring Programme. At first I was dubious and worried about talking about myself on a one to one basis but from the first session I got on so well with Paul that I couldn’t shut up! Following your visit for team coaching last week I have taken it upon myself to try and implement new styles of thinking into my approach when speaking with customers.
