How have our mentoring sessions made you feel about growing your business and facing the challenges of growth?

Before our session with Paul, we felt that we were constantly running on a hamster wheel, very busy but never achieving what we wanted.  We were always trying to just earn enough to cover for the next week or month, fire-fighting problems and it felt like the start of a new battle at the beginning of each new month; the whole team were very tired and disillusioned.

We now feel so much better, much more positive, in control, no more hamster wheels and definitely much more focused and driven; we are even sleeping much better as well

So all in all not just a much more positive position for the business to be in financially, but also for the whole teams mental health and well-being, with a clear plan as to how to progress and grow our business in a controlled, sustainable and achievable way.  With strategies that can be implemented going forward, even if looking at new markets.

What has changed in terms of what you are doing to grow your business?

Paul helped us to see and understand what we already had access to but were not seeing; a lot of cash left sitting in the CRM or funnels.  Those low-hanging fruit, potential clients already in our world, but we hadn’t been interactive with them, in the main at all; that has now completely changed.

He helped us to recognise what small and often simple changes we could make to engage with those potential clients and more than double our previous conversion rates.

Beter and more focused marketing with defined outcomes. Redesigned systems, funnels and automations that work well and create engagement and build trust.

Much better communication channels, monitored and kept up to date for significantly improved retention of existing customers and feedback shows that our customers are feeling better supported, understood and helped.

What do you think this will mean to you and your business in the long-term.

Our company now has a much clearer and brighter future thanks to Paul, whilst the team are also much more positive, focused and driven to achieve targets and set new ones! Without having worked with Paul, we would all still be on that hamster wheel and completely unaware that real progress, significant increases in leads, engagement and conversion to customers were all in easy reach.  Once we have completed our first sessions with Paul, we are all excited to work with him again to see what can be achieved in Phase 2!
