I met Paul through the Northern Mentoring Programme. At first I was dubious and worried about talking about myself on a one to one basis but from the first session I got on so well with Paul that I couldn’t shut up! As General Manager I have come up against a number of tricky situations, from HR issues, to business growth and change. I lacked confidence in my own abilities and questioned everything! Chatting with Paul, who has no affiliation with my business, has given me the confidence to stand by my decisions and develop new ones. I would recommend mentoring to anyone as I really have found it invaluable; and working with Paul has given me so much more confidence in my abilities as a General Manager. So much so that I have decided to continue working with Paul through his own company, Scale-Ability. I look forward to implementing all the ideas for the business over the coming months and years!

Following your visit for team coaching last week I have taken it upon myself to try and implement new styles of thinking into my approach when speaking with customers. I have already seen results of this with a client this week and look to improve on this further in future meetings. I see myself and my team growing in confidence after all our meetings, and the results speak for themselves. Finally, it was great to see you get everyone contributing in the group coaching and talking confidently about their strengths and weaknesses. By addressing these, I can already see a difference in their mind set and their confidence with how they see their job role changing.
