Investing in Our Future

I, like many other Lancaster and Morecambe residents, business people, charities, educators, politicians across all parties, have everything crossed for the Chancellor’s Spring Budget and am hopeful for an announcement of £70m towards getting the Eden Project kick-started.

For anyone who hasn’t heard of Home-Start, the charity works with a local community network of trained volunteers and expert support helping families with young children through their challenging times. They are there for parents “because childhood can’t wait”.
