Investing in Our Future
I, like many other Lancaster and Morecambe residents, business people, charities, educators, politicians across all parties, have everything crossed for the Chancellor’s Spring Budget and am hopeful for an announcement of £70m towards getting the Eden Project kick-started.
Many have been pushing hard for this, over time, with some outstanding campaigns like North West Youth for Eden’s apolitical video campaign, kickstarted by local Escape2Make/E2M charity.
Looking forward to helping to build a Better and Brighter 2021
2020 has been an interesting and busy year for Scale-Ability and, as for many other businesses, it has presented both challenge and opportunity, with interesting and inspiring projects and partnerships already formed and more in development.
To round up a year full of learning, new experiences and growth, we wanted to share a brief outline of just some of the exciting things we’ve been delighted to be involved with over the last few weeks.
Take a look at E2M/Escape to Make
I can’t remember how I became connected to E2M founder Jenny Natusch, but I am glad I did. What a charity! It’s fairly new, having been launched last year, and it’s already taking the bull by the horns to make an impact and create a positive future for young people and business in Lancashire!
I introduced Jenny to Maria at Marketing Lancashire as the Eden project is high on their agenda of projects to support in 2021, and beyond.
Inspired Thinking with the amazing Home-Start…
I have been honoured to volunteer as a Trustee with the amazing Home-Start for just over 18 months now.
For anyone who hasn’t heard of Home-Start, the charity works with a local community network of trained volunteers and expert support helping families with young children through their challenging times. They are there for parents “because childhood can’t wait”.

Connecting Brand, Strategy and People when developing strong teams
Our Co-Founder and Director Paul describes a proven methodology and approach to growing successful businesses.
Most businesses look at growth in terms of gaining new customers, increasing product range, developing services and expanding the geographical distribution areas in which they are marketed. Those businesses who are most successful, tackle Brand, Strategy and People as three interconnected components at once and consider the impact that each element has on the growth of their business in a holistic sense.
